About Sandi Donafee
My passion is making people feel and look great! I am a hairstylist and educator. I was a Matrix educator for 16 years and have been an educator for SHE hair extensions since 2004. I love to do makeovers. I recently took a life coach course to help my clients and started Life Talk Today, an online life coaching business.
Sandi Donafee has been making people feel better and look great for decades, and she has no intention of stopping now! As a premier hairdresser and educator, Sandi can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. Sandi holds court in her North Royalton hair salon three days each week at 10300 Royalton Road. Hours are:
10 AM – 10 PM, Monday – Friday
9 AM – 5 PM, Saturday

Sandi Donafee even travels to Florida, California, and Nevada for hair extension appointments on an as needed basis.

My book is a heartfelt memoir and self-help guide, which was therapeutically healing to write because it helped me reflect on my own life! My goal with “Split Ends” is to possibly write a book that is motivational and therapeutic, as well as self-help and help. As a “Hairapist,” I believe a client sits down in the chair and talks to me about everything, and they let me in their life, even if it’s for a quick moment once every 3 to 6 weeks.
The thing I love about my job is the people – the hair is second! I love making people feel beautiful or good about themselves. It’s more than just hair. It’s about being more than just a hairstylist. My clients become family!
